Hi, 2 questions: can this mod be played as solo? (With like Solitary Defilement etc?) As in, would it be any fun solo or it is too complex etc to solo? Also, is it possible I can prove I own the physical copy if I can get the PDF copy for it? (had to ask) :)

Thanks for getting in touch on discord, will post my answer here as well! Theoretically you could play it solo no problem - track time, choose a place to investigate, read the descriptions as they come up, and so on. But I think you'd miss out on the experience of how some of the twists unfold, and some of the NPC tracking might be tough. Playing alone you also may want to cut the length of the time loop, since solo play tends to move faster than group play.

As for your second question, for sure! Happy to provide a download code to anyone who has a receipt or proof of purchase of the physical edition - just get in touch on Discord or through the contact form on my website.

Do you know if there will be another print run of this at some point?

Yes! I'm planning to print more in the next month or so, to be available by November/December.

Oh that’s awesome! I definitely plan to pick up a physical copy but would love to start reading through it now. Any chance to get some community copies so I don’t end up buying it twice? If not I totally understand!

Sure thing! I've added a handful of community copies.

I appreciate it! thanks so much. look forward to the print edition!

Can you release some community copies?

Thanks for your interest! I've just added a handful of community copies.

Hi I just bought this for $5, but due to my fried attention span and reading comprehension didn't realise this was only for the Ashcan Edition. Is there a way to pay another $5 to get the rest?

Hi (& thanks for the support)! Unfortunately Itch doesn't have a straightforward way to do this, but I can issue you a refund for the $5 purchase (and then you'd have to re-purchase at $10). In my experience, Itch takes about two weeks to process the refund.

I just did the exact same thing! It looks fantastic, though, so let's make that a five dollar tip. :D

Sorry about that, and thank you! I've added a note to the top of the page, hopefully that helps.

what does the  ashcan version include?
Or not include?

The ashcan has the complete text of the adventure with minimal layout. It includes: all the tables, timelines, NPC and location descriptions, intro and endings, plus a couple of less detailed maps. So, everything you need to run the scenario! That said, it doesn't include: 99% of the art, a handful of notes, diagrams, and bits of scripture that provide bonus context, the final polished maps, or the file of printable notes & unlabeled maps to give to players. I do also think the full layout makes the timelines easier to navigate. Hope that helps!

How will we be able to access the printed version?

Great question! This is currently only for digital sales, but the print version will be finalized over the next week or two, and should make its way to several online retailers in November (exactly which ones to be announced soon).

Played it two times, ran it once - will never not play it again! Every run through is different, so much to explore, so many possible outcomes - great sandbox adventure to pick up again and again and again...

Beautifully laid out, horrifyingly haunting. Gave me goosebumps. Give this a try and let your players experience an extra-dimensional crisis.

This adventure really fulfills the Midsommar vibes I've been waiting for at the table! Full of content and amazing atmospheric horror, don't miss out on getting this!
