The creatures of the earth have long hungered to reach the chambers of heaven. Now, they’ve somehow gained a foothold on the moon. From there, they blindly claw their way into the firmament, the maze that separates the waters above from the world below. 

You cannot let this happen. Cast these foolish children into the deep.

The Firmament is a tarot-based roleplaying game for a 1-3 hour session of play, solo or with up to 6 players, inspired by ancient Near Eastern cosmology and Kabbalah. It includes a 36-page zine and accompanying character sheet, and contains 10 tarot spreads, 4 factions of terrible humans, 22 major arcana powers, and 6 possible endings.
