One night, about twenty years ago, we killed someone. 

Well, not exactly. It's more complicated than that.

One night, over twenty years ago, something awful happened, and someone died.

It ties us together and drives us apart. It makes it impossible to look each other in the eye, but just as impossible to leave each other behind, no matter how hard we try.

And oh, how we've tried.

Now, we're in our 30s and 40s. We have lives, families. But the past has a way of catching up with you.

We Will Never Speak of This Again is a semi-competitive TTRPG for 2-4 players, for a single session of 1-2 hours. You'll need a handful of coins, a stack of index cards, pencils, and markers or pens of a few different colors. You'll take the role of a group of frenemies trying to dredge up the truth about something they did long, long ago. But memories can be slippery.

Will you take responsibility for what happened? Blame somebody else? Or keep running from the past?

This game is inspired by How to Get to Heaven from Belfast, The Craft, Yellowjackets, The Summer Hikaru Died, and in-development TTRPG Trust Fall. It was created in a few days for the One-Page RPG Jam 2026.
